When deciding on a name for the business I wanted to choose a name that was slightly abstract and allowed for a plethora of skills and attributes.
COSMIC – as the internal work we do as individuals has an impact on the world/universe around us.
Cambridge Dictionary Definition: Cosmic – relating to the universe and the natural processes that happen in it.
RAY – considering the spectrum of light and colours we might work with.
THERAPIES – considering that I offer more than one therapy.
I compassionately work with clients to find their identity, purpose and to establish boundaries that honour their ‘own needs’.
I work holistically, I am qualified Life Coach. I feel privileged to hold space and be a cheerleader for my clients to realise their full potential.
I am a qualified Reiki Practitioner and Master who is trained in Usui Reiki 1, Reiki 2 and Reiki 3 (Advanced Reiki Training (ART)), and Reiki Master Teacher. I have now worked with Reiki and Energy healing for 10 years. I sought to further my knowledge and understanding in 2019 of Reiki by studying and training to be a Karuna Ki Reiki Practitioner. In 2020, I achieved becoming a Reiki Master Teacher, a deeper understanding of Reiki, energy and beyond.
Having always loved colour and crystals, I explored ways in which I could bring the therapeutic benefits of colour and light into my practice. In 2022 I studied Colour and Light therapy and became a Holistic Colour and Light Therapist.
I am a qualified Life Coach who focusses on insight coaching, boundaries and self acceptance. I also offer a range of holistic resources, if appropriate, to support clients and sessions.
I am certified and insured to provide the treatments that I offer.
